Douglas Horne is the former Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. He has decades of direct business, finance and government experience and is skilled at resolving complex and difficult disputes with fairness and legal grounding. He has been a panel member for the ADR Institute of BC annual symposium and is well respected within the legal community.
